Thank you so much for your purchase! Your items will ship out within 3 business days. All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. You will be emailed a tracking number once your item ships to keep you up to date with the most recent + accurate tracking info. Reach out to us at 251-210-6060 with any questions. 

Returns

We hope you love your items but if it isn't a perfect match, don't worry!! We have a simple return process. Christina Lynns is happy to offer you a store credit if your item(s) meets the following requirements. 

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors/stains/makeup + have the original tags attached. Shoes must include the original shoebox.

How can I return?

What is your return policy?

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors/stains/makeup + have the original tags attached. Shoes must include the original shoebox. Once we receive the item(s), we will verify that the above criteria have been met + will issue a store credit. Store credit will be emailed to your email address on file. We do not offer refunds-- only store credit. 

All items marked final sale cannot be returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for return shipping-- we suggest USPS Priority Mail. Local customers can make online returns at our storefront in Fairhope, AL. 

How + when will I get my store credit? 

We will email you the store credit code within 24 hours of receiving your return. 

My item arrived damaged, what do I do? 

If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify our customer service department within 3 days. You can call or email us at ashley@shopchristinalynns.com. Please include images of the damage.

We do our best to accurately depict the correct colors of our clothing but colors may vary due to photography lenses and lighting. These situations do not qualify as defects but you most certainly can still return them for store credit.  

Can I return something I bought on sale or something that was final sale? 

Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are also final sale items.

Anything purchased with a discount of 30% or more is considered final sale. 

 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

All purchases made Nov 1 - Dec 24th can be returned for store credit or exchanged through Saturday January 6th. All merchandise needing to be shipped back must also be in store by January 6th. Please keep this in mind when shipping - we always suggest using USPS Priority Mail 2-Day!

All merchandise purchased during our Black Friday Sale is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Christina Lynns Opened

Right after graduating from the University of Alabama, Christina decided to pursue her dream of opening a shop in her hometown of Fairhope, Alabama. Christina Lynns officially opened in May of 2014 in a 450 square foot storefront in the French Quarter.
